Sean Guinness is a leading IT and Management Consultant, he has been a CTO and has delivered Change Programmes in The Department of Health and Social Care, has worked in Health related IT and Change since 2004 when he delivered the Digital Care Records for the Spine Programme. He has also worked in many Central Government Departments delivering solutions in Counter Terrorism to Cyber Security and was Release and Integration Director on the National Identity Scheme. He is a Freeman of the City of London, and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Gunmakers
